Q: What does the term "aging in place" mean?

A: Generally, services can be provided within a 24-hour to 48-hour period, and often the same day.
Q: How do I start in home care services with One on One Personal Homecare Services?
A: We will have our staff come to your home and conduct a free, no obligation assessment. We will then, at your direction, idenitfy caregivers who have the skills, personality and availability to assist you.
Q: Will I have the same caregivers?
A: Yes. Continuity of care is one of our main goals.
Q: What happens if a caregiver gets sick?
A: Our off-duty caregivers work as fill-ins if your assigned caregiver is unable to work.
