At One on One Personal Home Care Services we begin by reviewing your needs through discussions with involved family members; when necessary we consult with the physician(s) of the care recipient, social workers, hospitals, or nursing home staff.
Next, working in conjunction with the family, we develop an individualized program to manage your daily needs. We match your needs to the best possible caregiver. After the caregiver has been placed in your home, we will conduct random home visits telephone check-in. We keep in contact with you and your caregivers insuring your needs are being met.
Although we are not a nursing care service, it can be a great relief to have someone there that can make sure their medications are taken on time, and to call emergency services should something unthinkable happen.

Many of our caregivers have worked with us for years. Our caregivers have a strong employment history in caring for seniors and have references from reliable sources (previous clients, agencies, health care institutions, religious and volunteer organizations etc.).
Character Counts
One on One Personal Home Care Services runs a complete background screening on each new caregiver. We check each caregiver with Employee Misconduct Registry, CNA licensing board. Criminal background checks are done quarterly to ensure client safety.

You are in charge of everything. Because we are a non-medical agency and not a nursing agency, One on One Personal Home Care Services tailors its care to each individual client. You are the boss. It is our job to adjust to your schedule and to keep you comfortable in your home.
