In general, people, apart from ailing adults and kids, require somebody to whom they can ventilate their thoughts and emotions. 10. Be patient when waiting for an answer to a query and recognize the sentiments of the patient even though you disagree with them.
11. Pay attention to the language expressions, which an elderly person employs in conversing with you. When you respond, employ simple vocabulary and speech so that he is able to understand
